She blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and practical wellness tools to help people feel more grounded, calm, and in tune with their bodies. Stephanie is passionate about making holistic practices simple and accessible — so you can leave the retreat feeling lighter, balanced, informed, and like yourself again.
